Real Star-Nosed Mole Skull
The star-nosed mole is part of the Talpidae family and can be found in North America, usually in bogs, swamps, and wetlands. This species has water-repellent fur and a unique look due to the extremely sensitive star-like structure that surrounds its nose. Their diet consists of small invertebrates, worms, insects, small amphibians and fish.
